Miniature Pastries
For a special event, wedding, shower or office party, nothing beats the delectable varieties of our mini pastries. Each guest can have his or her favorite (if they're fast enough) while you, the host, are showered with compliments for having the perfect dessert. We recommend 1.5 - 2 items per person when used after a meal, or in combination with your wedding cake; 2 - 3 items per person is appropriate when the miniature pastries are the only dessert or the only food being served. Choose from the following list to create your own assortment.
- BROWNIES - A rich brownie square filled with pecans and walnuts and topped with creamy chocolate fudge frosting.
- BUTTERFLIES - Petite yellow and devil’s food cupcakes split across the top and filled with delicious tangy lemon cream and chocolate buttercream, respectively.
- COCONUT BALLS - A piece of devil’s food cake rolled in buttercream and coconut.
- CREAM PUFFS - Small round, airy puffs filled with fluffy whipped cream.
- CUSTARD PUFFS - Small round, airy puffs filled with custard.
- SWANS - The same as a cream puff only made more distinctive when crowned with an edible swan’s neck.
- ECLAIRS - A small, oblong puff filled with custard and topped with delicious chocolate frosting.
- BANANA SPLITS - Petite éclairs cut in half and abundantly filled with custard and bananas.
- PINEAPPLE BOATS - Petite éclairs cut in half and abundantly filled with custard and pineapple, then loaded with whipped cream, and topped with pineapple pieces.
- STRAWBERRY BOATS - Petite éclairs cut in half and abundantly filled with custard and fresh strawberries, covered with whipped cream, and topped with strawberry pieces.
- CHEESE CUPS - Dainty cookie cups generously filled with a savory blend of cheeses.
- FRUIT CUPS - Dainty cookie cups generously filled with a scrumptious fruit filling of cherry, blueberry, peach, or strawberry.
- GERMAN CHOCOLATE CUPS - Cookie cups loaded with authentic, homemade, old-fashioned German Chocolate icing full of pecans and coconut.
- MALLOWS - A devil's food cake square garnished with a delicate dollop of buttercream and coated with chocolate fondant.
- RUM SQUARES - A small, layered square piece of yellow cake doused with the warm flavor of rum, filled and iced with chocolate rum-flavored butter cream.
- PETIT FOURS - A small, two-layer piece of white cake with a filling of strawberry preserves, with a white fondant covering and a delicate buttercream rosebud on top. Decorations for other occasions available upon request.
