Choose between yellow cake and devil's food cake. These cakes are then filled and iced with white buttercream or chocolate buttercream. They are named quite creatively, "Yellow Cake with White Buttercream" or "Yellow Cake with Chocolate Buttercream," etc. - CARROT CAKE
"Delicious, moist, and just like Grandma used to make!" These are the comments we hear about this cake. Our homemade Cream Cheese icing brings out the flavors of the real Carrots, the small Pecans and the hint of Cinnamon that combine for a taste sensation. - DOBOSCH TORTE
This torte is made with thin layers of our Wedding Yellow Cake, filled with equally thin layers of Rum-flavored Chocolate Buttercream. The uniqueness of this torte - a section cut from a large "loaf" - creates visual interest and a tasty treat. Covered with our homemade Fudge icing, it provides a nice balance of flavors. - FUDGE ICED CAKES
Similar to the cakes above, you can choose between yellow cake and devil's food cake. At this point, it starts to get a little more complicated: the yellow cakes are filled with chocolate buttercream, then fudge iced, and the devil's food cakes are filled with white buttercream and fudge iced. The contrasts make for a very attractive and tasty cake when cut, served, and eaten. - HALF & HALF CAKES
A treat for the eyes as well as the palate. Our half & half cake is one layer of white cake (not yellow) and one layer of devil's food, filled with white buttercream, iced with fudge on the sides and swirled with buttercream and fudge on top. It's delicious. - FUDGE NUT CAKE
This cake is made from two square devil's food layers with small pecans baked into the layers, filled with chocolate buttercream and iced with our homemade fudge icing mixed with additional pecans. - CHOCOLATE TORTE & FUDGE TORTE
Hey wait 1 minute! Didn't you tell us all tortes are whipped cream? Yes, but we like to keep you guessing and confused. This chocolate lover's dream is too delicious and rich to keep in the whipped cream torte category. Who can resist thin layers of devil's food cake, filled with thin layers of chocolate buttercream, and iced with chocolate buttercream and deep chocolate sprinkles on the sides? What about the top? You choose: The Chocolate Torte comes with a border of fudge to hold in the mounded pile of chocolate shavings. The Fudge Torte is covered in fudge icing, bordered in fudge, and sprinkled with a touch of chocolate shavings. YUMMMY! Our Grandma's favorite.
