Ordering, Payment & Delivery
After your appointment, if you’re ready to order, we’ll draw up an order and ask for 1/3 down as a deposit. Your 1/3 deposit is non-refundable. Final payments are due 2 weeks prior to your big day. We do accept all major credit cards, cash and check. Personal checks will only be accepted as final payment if written no less than 4 weeks prior to the event.
Deposits made on any rented cake accessories are refunded upon return as long as the accessories are returned undamaged and in working condition. Deposit refunds are given in the same form as your final payment.
We deliver throughout the Chicago Metropolitan area. We strongly recommend you let our experienced staff deliver your wedding cake and pastries to your reception site. The couple of dollars you might save is greatly diminished when you find yourself serving with spoons from the trunk of your car. We deliver from 6:00 am to 6:00 pm Fridays and Saturdays. Sundays, we deliver until 2:00 pm. Our delivery fee is based upon day of the week, time and distance. The fee can range from $15.00 to $175.00. Call for an estimate and some seasonal limitations.
