The ultimate morning treat! The term “fry cakes” refers to both cake donuts and raised yeast donuts. At Jarosch, our fry cakes are made daily so you’re sure to get the freshest product possible every time you stop in!

Custard Bismarks
Though technically a raised fry cake, the Jarosch Bakery Custard Bismark is in a class of its own. Made fresh daily with a generous amount of creamy scratch-made custard filling, these bismarks are little pillows of heaven. Available with chocolate icing or powdered sugar on top.
