Please note that online ordering is not available for SAME or NEXT DAY orders. Same day and next day orders may be placed by calling the bakery at 847-437-1234. Next day orders must be placed by 12:00pm the previous day. Monday orders must be placed the Friday before.

Jarosch Bakery does not ship products.

If you would like to place an online order for pickup on a Monday, it must be placed the FRIDAY before.

 

Custom Orders such as decorated cakes, cookies, cupcakes, etc must be placed via phone or in person. Next day orders are not available for custom cakes. Please call the bakery for lead times on other custom items.

FAQs

  1. Does Jarosch Bakery ship? No, we no longer ship our products.
  2. What if I need to cancel my order or make changes? Please call the bakery at 847-437-1234 and our staff will assist you with your order.
  3. Can I place a same day order online? No. Unfortunately our online store is for preorders only with a 48 hour lead time. If you would like to place a same day order, please call the bakery. Next day orders must be placed by 12:00pm the previous day.
  4. How far in advance can I preorder? Technically you can order weeks - even months - in advance! However, please keep in mind that we change seasonal items out monthly so certain products won't be available. Check product descriptions for availability restrictions. 
  5. If I don't arrive at my designated pickup time, will you discard my order? No. With the exception of holidays, we will hold onto your order until at least the next day, as well as send a reminder call if you're late picking up. Please note that orders are packed according to the time selected- they will not be ready earlier than that time. 
  6. What if I want to pick up an order at an earlier time than your online store allows? Some of our products are not available before 8:30am. Please call the bakery and place any orders with pickup times BEFORE 8:30am. Orders are packed according to the time selected and will not be ready  prior to that time.
  7. I have a custom request, how do I order? All custom orders must be placed over the phone or in person with a staff member.
  8. What if I want an order for Monday? Online orders for Monday's must be placed the Friday before. Phone orders for Monday must be placed by noon on Saturday. 
  9. What do I do when I get to your bakery to pickup my order? Please take a number upon entering. Our associates will be with you shortly to assist you!
  10. Can I still shop when I come to pickup my order? Of course! The staff member assisting you will not only get your order, but will also pack any additional items you'd like, and then you'll be rung up for those extra items at the register.
  11. What if I want my order delivered? Online ordering is for pick-up only. Jarosch Bakery does deliver throughout a limited area. We ask that those orders be placed via phone with a staff member. For more info about Delivery, visit our Hours & Delivery page.
